The ROOTT COMPRESSIVE Vision
For a comprehensive range of multiple Implant supported restorations, clinicians need a predictable one-piece implant solution capable of achieving high primary stability for immediate loading across both the upper and lower jaws. This component must offer prosthetic flexibility to manage divergence without compromising stability or requiring complex multi-component restorations.
The COMPRESSIVE implant is a multi-purpose, one-piece implant designed specifically for restorations with immediate loading. It provides a versatile, simplified approach using special compressive threads that support reliable placement in the upper and lower jaws with adequate bone tissue.
Compressive Biomechanics and Prosthetic Freedom
The ROOTT COMPRESSIVE implant is engineered to integrate surgical stability with a highly adaptable abutment design, optimizing immediate functional results.
Compressive Threads (Hybrid Design)
Crestal bone preservation and soft tissue harmony. The system is optimized to respect the biological width by utilizing an Conometric Abutment Head Design with a 3mm cuff , which helps maintain the hard and soft tissue stability crucial for lasting aesthetics.
Bendable Abutment (Conical Connection)
The abutment is bendable , allowing the abutment direction to be manually adjusted up to 15∘ relative to the implant axis. This unique feature is applied as long as the implant is placed with high primary stability.
System Synergy
While not explicitly detailed, the implant is part of the ROOTT system and works with a universal set and precise preparation tools. The focus is on the thread geometry for mechanical engagement.
Biocompatible Surface
The COMPRESSIVE implant is multi-purpose. It can be combined with Basal implants in the pterygoid area for total rehabilitation in accordance with the FILO concept (Flapless surgery, Immediate Loading, and use of one-piece implants)
Efficiency, Versatility, and FILO Integration
Immediate Restoration
The design ensures the necessary primary stability for immediate loading in multi Implant restorations.
Angulation Correction
The adjustable abutment slope angle (up to 15∘) streamlines the prosthetic phase by accommodating implant angulation discrepancies directly on the implant body.
Surgical Flexibility
Allows for both flap and flapless placement techniques.
Broad Prosthetic Options
Offers a variety of prosthetic solutions including cemented fixation, burn-out angulated caps, telescopic caps with screwed retention, and CAD-CAM solutions on Conometric Abutment platform.
Implant Design
The COMPRESSIVE implant is a one-piece implant with a short neck (3 mm) or an extra short neck (1.5 mm) (COMPRESSIVE S).
Dimensional Range
Offers a wide range of sizes , with lengths from 6 mm to 20 mm and diameters from Ø3.0 mm to Ø5.5 mm.
Abutment Angulation
Abutment direction can be bent up to 15∘. The COMPRESSIVE S short neck implant is suitable for the Sinus area and Gingiva height <1 mm.
Prosthetic Interface
Compatible with various abutment solutions for prosthetic finishing: Telescopic Titanium caps (TCE, TCES, TCEXS) , and Burnout parts (BOP, A0, A15, A25) .

Immediate & Multiple Applications
Ideal for immediate loading in the upper and lower jaws for multi-unit restorations.
Manual Angulation
Offers a unique bendable neck feature, allowing the clinician to manually adjust the abutment angle up to 15∘ for superior prosthetic alignment.
Versatile Integration
A multi-purpose implant that serves as a single-solution system and can be combined with Basal implants for full rehabilitation following the FILO concept.
Surgical Simplicity
Supports flap and flapless placement and is compatible with the universal ROOTT drilling set. Using minimal drills.
